Jet Ski Rental Policy & Waiver

Thank you for choosing JGAB Sport Rentals. Please read the following terms carefully before your rental.

Age & ID Requirements

  • All renters must be 18 years of age or older.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
  • Renters under 25 may be required to provide a credit card on file with security deposit.

Safety Briefing

  • All renters must complete a mandatory safety briefing before operating any watercraft.
  • Life jackets (PFDs) must be worn at all times while on the water.
  • Operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.

Damage & Liability

  • Renters are responsible for any damage caused to the watercraft during their rental period.
  • JGAB Sport Rentals is not liable for personal injury, loss of personal property, or accidents occurring during the rental.
  • Any damage must be reported immediately upon return of the watercraft.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance: Full refund.
  • Cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: No refund.
  • Weather cancellations: If we cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Rules on the Water

  • Stay within designated rental boundaries.
  • Maintain a safe distance from other watercraft, swimmers, and docks.
  • No reckless or aggressive riding.
  • Return the watercraft on time. Late returns may incur additional charges.

Agreement

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. A physical waiver signature will be required at check-in.
